I had a kind of frustrating experience on southwestindian.com. A few things I clicked on looked like they were available at first, but then they either showed as out of stock or wouldn’t let me order them. I’m not totally sure if it was a site issue or just bad timing, but it felt like I spent more time browsing than actually being able to buy anything

"Felt rushed with not many options"
I was really hoping there’d be more to choose from, but the selection felt limited and a lot of things looked kind of the same. A few of the items I actually wanted weren’t available either. I also felt a little pressured to just pick something since there weren’t many options, which made the whole browsing experience disappointing

"A simple question turned into a hassle"
I ordered from Southwest Indian Foundation, and the item itself was fine, but trying to get a basic answer from them was way more frustrating than it needed to be. I sent an email with a simple question and ended up waiting days just to hear back.
When they finally replied, it felt rushed and didn’t really answer what I had asked. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but something as simple as communication shouldn’t feel that hard.

I can’t really verify this based on what’s here. If there’s an actual material issue, like it cracked, peeled, felt cheap, or fell apart, just say that. Otherwise it comes off like some vague little complaint goblin...

"Packaging was really disappointing"
I ordered a couple of items from southwestindian.com, the packaging was a letdown. My sister was actually with me when the box arrived, and we both noticed right away that one side was crushed and there was barely any padding inside.

One of the items was just loose in the box, and the corner ended up chipped. It really looked like everything had been thrown in quickly without much care before being shipped out.

I know delivery can be rough sometimes, but this felt more like it wasn’t packed properly from the beginning. Definitely not what I expected, so I’m giving it 1 star.

I ordered from southwestindian.com because the pictures on the site looked really nice, and I’ve had good luck buying similar items online before. Unfortunately, what arrived didn’t really match the photo. The colors were much duller in person, and the pattern looked different enough that it wasn’t what I was expecting. Maybe it was the same general style, but it didn’t feel like the item I thought I was buying. Disappointing.

"My delivery just never showed up"
My order was late for days and days, and the tracking barely changed the whole time. I kept checking it, but there was basically no update. Super frustrating, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

I reached out expecting at least some kind of response, but I never heard back. For me, that made the whole experience feel frustrating and a bit disappointing, like my issue just wasn’t important to them.

"Felt left in the dark the whole time"
I wasn’t happy with the ordering process at all. After I placed my order, I barely heard anything for days and had no real idea what was going on. The status didn’t update, so I kept having to check it myself, which was frustrating. When I finally emailed, the response was slow and didn’t really clear things up. The item might be fine, but the whole experience made me feel left in the dark. I probably won’t order again...

"So... I did find a few things on..."
So... I did find a few things on southwestindian.com that I liked, and some of the items looked nice. But the prices were higher than I expected, and I didn’t feel like everything quite matched the cost for me.

Once shipping and the total at checkout showed up, it made the price feel even harder to justify. The quality might be really good, but I’d probably need clearer pricing or a better deal before I’d feel comfortable placing an order...

I was expecting a lot more for the price. Once I got it, the quality just felt kind of cheap and not really worth what I paid. In the end, I felt disappointed and like I could’ve spent my money better elsewhere

I ordered a few weeks ago and it still ended up arriving late. Maybe they’re usually better, but after this most recent experience, I’m frustrated. Waiting that long just isn’t something I want to deal with again.

"Shipping Cost Nearly Took Me Out"
I actually liked the stuff I ordered, but wow, the shipping cost was absolutely wild. I saw the total and had to stare at it for a second like, am I shipping this from the moon? The products were fine, but that shipping fee was doing way too much

"Pretty pieces, but not all for me"
Some of the jewelry designs are really pretty, and I did see a few pieces I liked. But a handful of them felt a little old-fashioned for my taste. I also felt a bit passed around trying to figure out what would suit me, so overall it was just okay.

The item itself wasn’t the main issue, but getting the return sorted ended up taking quite a while. It did get resolved in the end, but I wish the process had been a little quicker and easier.

"Not really for me"
I wasn’t too happy with my experience, honestly. The site was kind of confusing to use, and once my order arrived, I didn’t really feel like it was worth what I paid. I guess it worked out in the end, but I wouldn’t say I’m satisfied. Probably won’t be shopping here again.

"Nice little gift, but a few details stood out"
I ordered a small gift from here and overall it was fine. The item itself looked nice, and the little design details were actually cute. I did notice the shipping took longer than I expected, though, and the packaging was just kind of average. The box had a slightly loose corner and the wrapping didn’t feel as neat as I was hoping for. Nothing was damaged, so it wasn’t a big problem, but for a gift I guess I expected it to feel a bit more polished.

I don’t know, it just didn’t feel very genuine to me. Maybe it was the way everything came across, but it felt like there was more effort put into making it seem real than actually being real.

"Pretty nice, just a little rough in spots"
I do like this piece overall, it has a nice handmade look to it and the design is good in person. The craftsmanship is decent, not like super perfect, but still nice. I noticed a few small rough edges and some uneven parts here and there, which was a little not what I expected. I’m still happy with it mostly, just thought the finish would be a bit cleaner.

"Refund process used to be smoother"
I feel like this place used to be a lot better with handling issues. I’ve been waiting on a refund for way too long now, and after sending too many emails, I’m still not getting a clear answer. Frustrating compared to how things were before.
